It’s been a delightfully busy time at Monad Ticketing, with huge festival launches like the Wigtown Book Festival and Rye Arts Festival in the last week! 🎟️📚🎭

So we were happy that after all the box office buzz, we had the chance to catch up on last week’s Only Connect, a staple of BBC Two’s legendary Quizzy Mondays. And what a lovely surprise on the connecting walls, 🧠✨

Four of the clues: Catterick, Wetherby, Thirsk and Pontefract had us shouting at the screen - Racecourses in Yorkshire!

We couldn't help but think we had a little advantage, seeing as we're proud to power the ticketing for two of the featured venues: Wetherby Racecourse & Conference Centre and Thirsk Racecourse Ltd (Official)! 🏇

We've launched a major update to our Audience List report to help give your front-of-house and marketing teams exactly the data they need - and nothing they don't! 📊✨

Our new flexible report lets you toggle options like email addresses, phone numbers, price bands, and allocations on or off, so you can strip away the noise. Plus, it automatically calculates sales, reservations, and total capacity for a quick event snapshot.

Big news for Monad users! We’ve just launched our new Enhanced User Assignments feature, giving your visitors ultimate flexibility. 📱💡

Customers can now log into their account and independently update the specific names and details attached to individual tickets within an order. This means a seamless, self-service experience for your guests and significantly less admin for your box office team.

A massive thank you to the team at Wetherby Racecourse & Conference Centre for working with us as our launch partner! By implementing this feature, they’ve successfully streamlined their ticket management and simplified the booking process for their racegoers. 🐎✨

We also owe a big thank you to the team at this year's . This feature was developed directly as a response to an incredibly interesting session we attended regarding 'Shadow Audiences'.

A rare and beautiful sight for any customer support team. 🤫 Looking at an empty inbox is a rare but fantastic sign.

It doesn’t mean the work is done; we know how quickly this can change! But it is a testament to the effort the entire team puts into resolving issues quickly and keeping our users moving forward.

For now, we’ll take a quiet moment, celebrate the "zero-inbox" view and wait for the next challenge!

Can't quite believe it's been a year since we did this last, but that's this year's Orkney Folk Festival now on sale to their Friends. Fantastic programme as always!

Here's a reminder of when you'll be able to get your tickets:

• 10am GMT on Saturday 28 March for Orkney Friends
• 7pm BST on Wednesday 1 April on general release.
