We are a small and successful satellite telecoms company, offering both hardware and airtime to a global, diverse customer base. We enable communications in the most remote places where regular communications networks are either unreliable or unavailable.

We are currently looking to recruit a self-motivated, adaptable and enthusiastic candidate to a multi-task position in our London office, located near Oxford Circus tube station.

The role includes Sales, Order preparation, Customer after-sales support and general administration.

Excellent written and oral communication skills and a good telephone manner are essential

An interest and experience having already worked in the technology sector preferred.

BEAM Oceana terminals servicing all Sectors! From August 1st, 2015 all Oceana terminals (400s and 800s) will be able to operate using any standard IsatPhone SIM cards. BEAM wants to simplify the Oceana and make it more appealing and easy to use. Removing the SIM restriction will make it more attractive to customers as it will allow them to utilize the terminals in different market sectors and experience the communication and support features the Oceana terminals have to offer. Inmarsat has just notified us that they recently identified a manufacturing defect with the iSatPhone 2 that can cause a small crack to form on the antenna housing in the hinge area. This is only a cosmetic defect but over time the crack could compromise the IP65 rating. It does not affect call sending/receipt performance so clients can continue to use their existing phones.
