These machines are ideal for home, office & family use.
Keyworker families are a priority, but it’s not exclusive to them. Nominate!

I understand the need for a family to have a shared desktop- a login (with password) can be created for each family member, so everyone can have their own ‘identity’.

It’s an older one (2011) but has been heavily upgraded (SSD & 8GB RAM, like the latest models) so that when running home office tasks it runs as fast as anything you might get from Apple today.

The only real limitations on this unit are to video editing, which would be a struggle at very high resolutions. But that’s not what it is here for!

Basic games, word/excel (included) browsing internet etc will be faster than any PC.

…And the price (FREE) can’t be beaten!

I can’t include a keyboard, as I have none spare…! I’ve given them all away!
But ANY USB KEYBOARD will do, even Windows ones. £10 on Amazon. I can provide a mouse though. I bought a box of them for this purpose 🙂

AppleCore is now ENTIRELY run on solar.

I’ve added a giant recyclable battery to the system which now means that even when the sun no longer shines AppleCore Services will remain off-grid.

Excess solar energy will be sold back to the national grid at a cheaper rate (about 1/3 of the electricity wholesale price) which means more renewable energy for all of you, AND helps keep costs down for everyone too.

It’s win-win!

AppleCore’s ‘AppleSeeds’ is back

More MacBooks built for use by school kids- primary or secondary going on sale CHEAP.

These machines are built to last, and will have no problem running the applications your kids will need to do their schoolwork.

They all have SSD’s, which means they are fast and will stay fast.
They have built in webcams, speakers, microphones and come with MS Office.

They’re going for £160 to £300 and come with a 6 month warranty and full support for as long as you need it. Laptops (MacBooks) and Desktops (iMacs) are available in various sizes.

I cannot stress what a low price this is- they are especially cheap to allow school children access to IT, but come with high specs to prevent the old “it’s still loading” nightmare. A thing of the past.

They tend to sell out in a couple of days, but when these go I’ll build some more. :)
