🎥 Meet Stephene.

In this video, Stephene shares her story — how an injury changed her life, and the everyday challenges she faced trying to use a computer without full use of her hands.

Before discovering SensePilot, simple digital tasks many of us take for granted were frustrating, exhausting, or simply inaccessible.

Stories like Stephene’s are exactly why we built SensePilot: to remove barriers, not add more; to give people access using the technology they already have.

Thank you, Stephene, for trusting us with your story and helping show why accessible technology matters.

👉 Watch the video below to hear Stephene’s experience in her own words.

Alt text: A video testimonial featuring Stephene, a woman with tetraplegia. The video opens with Stephene wearing a neck brace and explaining her journey following a diving accident. It transitions to show her sitting in a wheelchair at a desk equipped with a PC. She is seen successfully navigating her computer and logging in using SensePilot software. Additional clips show her eating independently, but with difficulty with a standard spoon and using her trackpad mouse and keyboard with difficulty.

Testing out a new control method in Forza! Pressing keys with head direction, looking up to accelerate, down to brake and left and right to turn!

Also tried accelerating and braking with facial gestures and steering with head tilt!

🌍 As we were figuring out which platforms to be present on — TikTok, Instagram, Discord, and beyond — we stumbled upon something far more meaningful.

By digging deep into TikTok, we found everyday creators openly sharing their lives with disabilities — to inform, encourage, and uplift others in the community. That’s how we met Stephene.

Her content stood out — warm, real, and full of strength.
When we reached out, she welcomed us with honesty and encouragement:

“The technology has been working amazing. It made it so much easier to use my PC. More people need to see your technology — because it’s amazing.”

Adapting to assistive tech isn’t just about learning software.
It’s about accepting a new reality, rebuilding confidence, and sometimes — taking the brave step to go public with your story. 💙

Today, we want to celebrate those brave people.

Because at the end of the day, it’s not really about tech.
It’s about people — their voices, their experiences, and the communities they create.
