PerfectPods was founded by a team of engineers, who are self proclaimed Apple fans. Between us, we have purchased every product Apple has made in the last ten years. The idea for PerfectPods came about when our team of production engineers were sharing their love for all things Apple. During the conversation, disappointment arose with the fact that some of our favourite products only came in one c

olour - white. As engineers, we decided to refinish the white AirPods to our own exacting specifications, a standard which will impress almost any Apple fan. PerfectPods are re-finished with a precision custom designed process in our lab-like research facility. To begin with engineers carefully protect all sensitive elements of the AirPods (speakers, microphones and sensors). Next we use a proprietary electro-static coating process, which ensures an even distribution of the new surface coat and extremely high quality finish. In fact, the engineering here is similar to the process used in painting high-end automobiles like Tesla's. Finally we hand check each PerfectPod with a 12 point inspection, which ensures that the Pods are Perfect when they reach you.
