How do you test to see if your logo works?

1. Mirror Test
When you flip the logo, it stops your brain from reading the logotype and gets you to see the shapes and forms. This is a really easy way to spot mistakes and consistency issues.

2. Blur Test
Slap a blur on your logo to spot weighting and balancing issues.

3. Scale Test
Start with your logos minimum size and Increase the scale by 50% a few times. This will make scaling issues really obvious.
