Julio Alejandro, “Leonardo da Vinci of Fintech” (Cointelegraph 2016), is the current CEO of “Disruptive Technologies” TV Program and former CEO & Founder of three digital consultancies in London: Jada Consulting - "Taming Disruptive Technologies", Humanitarian Blockchain, and Anti-Ageing Technologies. The TV Channel “Julio Astillero”, co-created with his dad, an Op-Ed Washington Post columnist, began in March 2020 and received 75 million views in 20 months. Julio, 34 years old, has lectured, lobbied, and built tech entrepreneurship financial investment programs for global complex problems for United Nations and the European Union; University of Cambridge and Oxford; Google and WeWork Headquarters; Stanford, MIT, LSE, and +70 international universities and institutions on Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence, Super and Quantum Computing, Biotech, and algorithmic ‘futuristic’ ‘foundational’ technologies. He has worked with Aeternity, Bitnation, VC Pronomos, and the “Ethics In Mathematics” University of Cambridge project; been a Board Member of UN-Partnered “Latinomics”; Guest Lecturer at the Technical University of Kenya (2018); mentor at QIncubator at University of London and MIT Enterprise Forum since 2017. Alejandro is listed as one of the world's "Fintech Top 100 Influencers" (Onalytica; 2016); has been branded as the “Leonardo da Vinci of Fintech” by CoinTelegraph (2016); British Government officially recognized him as one of “the brightest and best tech talent from around the world” and granted him the “Exceptional Talent” Visa, the highest, most prestigious, and beneficial among all scientists. Among his work on global financial inclusion he designed "Blockchain in Calais" (Fintech for Refugees), "Machine Learning for Women" (for MENA women), and built the concept of “DeMonopolizing”, “DeNationalizing”, and “DeTerritorializing” technologies as a new School of Thought and an alternative financial asset and investment class. He has been interviewed by Emily Maitlis, Jonathan Freedland, the BBC, CNN, and Fox News. He studied in Sciences Po Paris, Itesm, Cambridge, and Oxford. His articles and interviews have been translated into Lithuanian, Slovakian, Polish, Turkish, German, and other non-European languages. Earlier, based in Chicago, he worked as a full-time political journalist as a USA Foreign Correspondent for La Jornada (Chicago); UK National Foreign Correspondent for Excelsior media corporation in London; Editorial Director for La Jornada San Luis.

I'm with Peter Oppenheimer, global Chief Equity Strategist at Goldman Sachs , and his wife Jo at The Oxford Union.

I learnt his financial investment strategy. Three global forces, he explained, will shape the upcoming decade:

A. AI Energy & Storage - Data Centers.
B. Climate Change Infrastructure.
C. Military Self Defense.

Physical Infrastructure AI > Software Digital AI. Less LLM's and Apps, more robots, rockets, telecoms, cables, and panels.

In his lecture at the Union, I asked him, publicly, about Singularity (ASI) and Immortality (Life Extension), he joked, replying:

"I should be asking you (Alejandro). You're the expert", not once, but three times using multiple wordings.

I've been in Oxford all this 2025-2026, let's see what 2027 turns out to be.

Why Latin America is Poor and Broke?

I invented a new concept: 'Tecno-Pobreza' or Techno-Poverty.

The socio-cultural classes without access to the information, industries, tools, and communities which uses and lives with the technologies of the future will remain in eternal poverty, despite their socio-economic or financial status.

We need Venture Capital & Tech Startup Entrepreneurs, not Social 'Scientists' and Humanities professors and majors.

Mathematics and Biochemistry; not Political 'Science' and Sociology of Gender, Race, and 'Inequalities'. It is the Weak Wokes, the American Brokes, who are sinking Latin America and the Middle East into a society of unproductive victimhood.

"Tecno-Pobreza e Inequidad - Como la falta de VC, AI, Blockchain y Biotech crea Sociedades y Sistemas Complejos de Tecno-Pobreza e Inequidad".

I'll be giving my first public lecture at UNAM Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México at its Facultad de Economía-UNAM (oficial).

UNAM is the biggest, most historical, and potentially most influential university and center of research in Mexico and Latin America. It's Faculty of Economics, is world famous due to its 1968 events.

I will lecture on Disruptive Technologies and Civilization Building. Mixing Artificial Intelligence and Biotech with Free Market Economics and Governance + Systems of Violence.

- Disruptive and Emerging Technologies: Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence, Biotech, with Space Exploration and Quantum Computing.
- DeSci and Decentralized Finances: Venture Capital and Angel investment; building Hackathons, Incubators, and Accelerators; exits and some ETF's.
- Future Globalization: Russia and Autocrats; China and Taiwan; Israel and MENA terrorism; and illiberal non-State actors.

When? April 4th of 2024.
Two hour lecture from 5pm to 7pm, including A.M.A. session.
