Property discovery is changing. Most agents know that. Fewer are clear on what to actually do about it.

In practice it comes down to four things:

Get your listing data clean and consistent. AI tools don't scroll and reconsider. Patchy data gets skipped. Clean data is the new kerb appeal.

Make sure listings are accessible beyond your website and portals. If they can't be read by AI tools, they can't appear in them.

Make sure your agency details travel with the listing. Visibility without attribution is worthless. The enquiry has to come back to you.
