"For your security, your session with *ELECTRICITY COMPANY* has been terminated"... well that's a relief, imaging if someone knew how much energy I used.
Now they will have to guess my password that contains at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, at least one number and a hieroglyph. Is this not a little over the top making it harder for people to log in, check bills and submit meter readings?
