Just when you think you've been spooked enough! 🎃

Here are some more scary stories for L&D professionals.👇🏼

For more than one client, forced content purchases absorb an eye-watering budget but deliver no impact. One customer told us they spend $50 per person, per year on learning content licenses: that's millions of dollars.

Or as one L&D director told us: "My bosses keep buying the same old learning libraries year after year. Yet NO ONE uses them. What should I do?!"

But wait, unlike most Halloween movies, there is a happy ending to our last tale! 😊

Another customer was able to use Content Intelligence to save 40% of its total budget on content without making any difference to the quality of the learning experience.

The spooky season gets even scarier! 🎃

Here is another scary story for L&D professionals...

One of our clients discovered that they had no access to the full libraries for the content that they had paid for.

There was no route through internal systems for end users to get into certain libraries without being individually granted a license.

And their content vendors were simply refusing to share their content metadata – this metadata was for the content that the client had licensed or had received access to as part of major contracts.

Spooky season is here! 🎃

Here is a scary story for L&D professionals...

Not long ago, one of our clients wanted to help their employees upskill.

So they approached a well-known content provider and purchased an entire library to share with their team.

Little did they know that all that content would soon disappear!

What happened?

The library was not properly integrated with their LXP, and it was nowhere to be seen.

And to add to their problems, the team was already drowning in existing content and didn’t even notice the missing library .😟

TL;DR - They were going through and almost lost everything they paid for.
