At some point, a while ago, we have spotted two unconnected problems with the current state of affairs. The first one being the fact that businesses often follow the habitual routes without considering various creative approaches to a single problem, whether it is relat
ed to a product launch, HR, service, customer support, etc. As decision makers, we believe that there is always a vast amount of creative solutions that many companies overlook. Those that avoid this behavioural bias tend to be market and opinion leaders, while those that fall into the trap remain as followers. The second problem we observe is there are thousands of smart and creative professionals and experts with strong expertise profiles who don’t appear in sights of an average corporate decision maker. These people are persistent, perceptive individuals, each equipped with a tailored toolbox relevant to their field of expertise. We started thinking of linking these two problems and attempting to address both in a form of a single project. It has certainly started with a lot of "what if's", but in end it led to "What if we can link businesses that want unorthodox solutions to both routine and unique problems and individuals who can use their creativity and experience to offer out of the box solutions to businesses of different scale and complexity.
