โ๏ธSoftware is built on code. Great products are built on conversations.๐ฅ
โ๏ธ This weekend, while on a family trip through Belgium, I happened to be passing near Brussels and realised something I still find rewarding after all these years: wherever I travel across Europe, thereโs often an iDigit customer not too far away.
๐ญSo I took the opportunity to stop by and visit one of our clients, De Stoffeerder bv
๐กThese visits are always valuable because theyโre about much more than software installations or technical support. Sitting down in person, seeing a customerโs environment, understanding their workflow, hearing about their day-to-day challenges and discussing what could make their process faster or easier often leads to ideas that would never emerge from emails or remote meetings.
๐คAt iDigit, maintaining close relationships with customers has always been important. Every company works differently, every workflow has its own circumstances, and understanding those details helps us provide more personalised support and continuously improve the product.
Some of the best ideas for new features, workflow improvements and productivity gains have started with simple conversations at a customerโs premises.
Technology matters, but listening matters just as much.
