We are looking for a versatile and proactive professional to drive commercial growth and support internal operations across business development, IT systems, digital platforms, and customer engagement.
🧩 Role Overview:
As a Business Development & IT Operations Executive, you will lead strategic initiatives to expand national and international business, manage internal infrastructure, oversee CRM and digital tools, and support day-to-day operations. This is a cross-functional role ideal for someone who combines commercial insight with hands-on ex*****on.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue business opportunities, partnerships, and client relationships.
Oversee IT systems, software, hardware, and basic technical support.
Manage CRM platforms, digital campaigns, and vendor coordination.
Support customer engagement, onboarding, and service quality tracking.
Assist with procurement, internal processes, reporting, and analytics.
Coordinate events, digital content, and marketing communications.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
2–4 years’ experience in business development, operations, or IT.
Strong working knowledge of CRM systems, digital tools, and internal processes.
Excellent communication, project coordination, and multitasking abilities.
Experience with tools like Microsoft 365, WordPress, HubSpot, or Salesforce is a plus.
London-based or able to commute as needed.
