Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced UK Visa & Immigration Consultant / Sponsorship Compliance Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have sound knowledge of UK visa categories, CoS & CAS procedures, and the Sponsor Management System (SMS).
This role requires managing visa processes, ensuring compliance, and handling sponsorship matters while providing professional client support.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise on UK visa types including Student, Skilled Worker, Dependant, Graduate, and Visitor.
Manage CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies) and CoS (Certificate of Sponsorship) processes.
Operate and maintain the Sponsor Management System (SMS).
Prepare resilience plans for visa refusals or delays.
Stay updated with immigration and Home Office regulations.
Handle client queries professionally and maintain accurate records.
Essential Skills & Requirements:
Experience in UK immigration, visa consultancy, or sponsorship management.
Strong understanding of UKVI and Home Office compliance.
Practical experience with SMS, CAS, and CoS.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple cases.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience within a licensed Skilled Worker Sponsor organisation.
Knowledge of compliance audits and sponsor licence duties.
Legal or immigration background preferred.
