Has lockdown changed us in more ways than we realise?

According to a new study by Market Financial Solutions collating data from 1,282 UK homebuyers, the garden or outdoor space was cited by 92% of homebuyers as an ‘important’ or ‘very important’ consideration replacing property’s square footage (89%) as the single most important factor.
