We are still open for business. Although home visits are not currently an option, you are able to drop off and collect for repairs or phone support is available and remote access via WiFi in some cases.

There's a scam going on at the moment where they are leaving voice mail message to say you will be cut off or your IP address has been changed etc, please call our support team. Ignore it!

Also, talk talk customers are being emailed to say you will be cut off, click on the attached link. This is not from talk talk. Again, ignore it.

I've had 3 calls about this from customers in the last day so please be vigilant!
