We're pleased to share that we've reached an agreement to acquire the Open Banking infrastructure of Ordo, a UK payments platform, completing its proprietary payment acceptance layer across cards, Direct Debit and Open Banking.

Giulio Montemagno, Managing Director of Access PaySuite, said: "This acquisition isn't about adding a payment method. It's about what we build with it.
