You don’t.

Renters can foster too, as long as your tenancy allows it and you have a spare bedroom.

This is one of the biggest misconceptions that stops people from making an enquiry.

You also do not need to have fostered before. What matters most is the safe, stable and caring home you can offer a child or young person.
