Ernie Connects is a fully integrated COVID-proof communications & care planning solution, developed specifically to help connect elderly or cognitively impaired users with relatives and caregivers at the touch of a button. From £1 per day, customers receive a brand new, especially modified Samsung tablet loaded with a system and interface that has been optimised for usage by the elderly or cogniti

vely impaired. Using unique Touch to Talk GDPR-compliant technology, we are able to connect people to their relatives or care providers (and vice versa) via voice or video call in a three ring auto-answer mode. Included is a 24 hour fall/movement alert monitoring system and a full entertainment suite, including access to terrestrial television, Netflix, a photo gallery, family photo uploads and access to social media including Facebook, Instagram, etc.
