This Dell laptop came to us in full panic mode. It was stuck in the Windows 11 repair loop just spinning round and round like it was on a roller coaster it didn’t ask for. The owner tried everything. Nothing worked. So he called Manchester PC. We picked up the laptop with our DBS-checked driver (fancy word for “safe person”), brought it in, and started poking around. We tried all the usual tricks… remove updates, fix files, press all the magic buttons. But nope. Windows said, “Not today.” So we called the customer and said, “Right, the laptop needs a fresh start.”
We wiped the SSD, installed a brand-new Windows 11, grabbed the product key, did all the updates, even the BIOS because why not and then stress-tested it to make sure it wouldn’t have another meltdown.
After a quick clean and a final check, we sent it back to the customer, ready to live its best life again.
