Xeroic is currently on the lookout for an ambitious and hardworking Mid-level C # .NET Developer. This is really a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about learning and implementing new technologies and techniques.
Responsibilities
------------------------
- Develop quality software and web application
- Analyse and maintain existing software applications, and support integrations with partners and customers
- Design highly scalable, testable code
- Discover and fix programming bugs
Key Competencies
------------------------
- You should be able to write high-quality, clean code with an understanding of SOLID principles
- As a remote worker, you should be self-motivated and goal-orientated; with an ability to work individually as well as being able to collaborate with a wider remote team
Essential skills and experience
-----------------------------------
- 3+ years C #/.NET experience
- Good knowledge of API design and development
- Experience of web-based technologies such as JavaScript, CSS, HTML
- Knowledge and experience of working with no SQL databases
- Good understanding of OOP, clean coding practices, SOLID principles
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Keen appetite for self-development and continuous improvement
Desirable skills and experience
-----------------------------------
- Experience working with cloud technologies – preferably Azure but others are also welcome
- Working in continuous integration and continuous delivery environment
- Working with TDD/BDD patterns
- Developing automated UI tests
- Web Performance testing/optimisation
- React and Node.js
