The Centre for Mathematical Modelling and Flow Analysis (CMMFA) was formed in 1993 and is based in the Department of Computing and Mathematics at Manchester Metropolitan University (MMU). The CMMFA undertakes research in the area of computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and specialises in the development and application of computational hydraulics.
