I had 2 pre booked jobs for this morning and both failed to arrive or contact me.

Lately, I have been bombarded with messages via WhatsApp up until 2am some mornings, then im sent "?????" Like im in a toxic relationship because I havent replied in 10 mins.

Lots of rude and demanding messages, yet I rearrange my work loads to try and help people the best I can.

I will no longer be accepting pre-booked jobs without a deposit. If your device is not left with me, you must now secure your appointment with a non refundable deposit.

Sorry to those who have been loyal but this rule now applies to everyone.
