A very different style of commission, ex servicemen approached me to work on a napoleonic 95th rifles bronze statue.
Gave me a full PDF brief outlining the different areas of the uniform, wanted it to be battle worn rather than parade ready so the uniform and equipment will be suitably worn to match.

Starting out with a purple red and yellow preshade then going over with multiple glazes to slowly get to the traditional dark green, many layers get to go but got to be careful to preserve the highlights!

Too hot to paint effectively and quickly so taking a break from commissions to work on my own stuff, 4x halftracks from The Makers Cult done in my Martian desert theme, still lots to do but we're getting there! Lots of decal work done as well, many similarities but a few unique ones
