Hey there we just had an iPhone 13 Pro Max in for an Apple Genuine Battery Replacement. The customer phoned us really worried about their phone not holding a charge anymore. We instantly knew what the problem is and invited them to get the phone to us. Within an hour the customer had the battery replaced and coded to the phone for it to work smoothly!

We just had a PS5 in our shop for a HDMI port repair! The customer contacted us early morning and we managed to fit a quick repair into their schedule. While we had the PS5 in for a repair we also provided the customer with a complimentary full clean. Within 2 hours we managed to repair it and get it back to the customer!

What you can see in the pictures below is one of our customer’s laptop where they took it to a High Street Repair shop where they have replaced the laptop battery with a non-OEM brand. After the repair done by the previous shop the laptop did not work for more than 2 hours on the battery.

The customer then contacted us and we jumped in to help by supplying their hardware with an original OEM battery!

A first time experience for us at WeFixIT Repair Services, we had a customer bring us their iPhone 11 Pro Max for a True Tone Restore!

The Customer had their screen replaced by a repair shop which did not have the adequate tools for this job. Customer came and dropped the phone to us and we began working on it. We had to get the old Screen ID which is stored into the motherboard of the device forever. We then plugged in the screen into our iCopy V2.4 device from QianLi. Within minutes the screen was coded and had True Tone fully restored back on the Phone.

We contacted the customer to bring them the good news and they were very happy to hear that!

Remember to always check online and also with friends and family about a Repair Shop which might not have the proper tools for the job because you could potentially lose features from your phone!

Pretty nice and straight forward job request from one our Customers is the tittle of this post!
We had a PS4 over for a clean-up and changing of the thermal paste to reduce overheating which also causes the fan to over spin potentially damaging it!

Everything was done within an hour, the customer was more than happy to wait around in their car and pick up the PS4!

Another Customer Satisfied by WeFixIT Repair Services, we had a customer come to us for data recover and Storage Medium replacement.

Customer called us desperate to recover their lost data from their personal laptop. We immediately knew what we had to do so we told them to bring the laptop to us so that we can start working on it and not waste any more time so that it would not be to late!

Here we have a Samsung Note 9 (SM-N960F) for a screen replacement, the display for this phone as you can see from the pictures provided was severely damaged to the point where only the lower part of the display worked and the customer was no longer able to use the full surface!

The phone was brought to us by the customer and approximately 60 minutes later the customer came back and picked up the phone, after some thorough testing the customer was very happy and satisfied with the services received from WeFixIT Repair Services!
