A recent survey by ECI Partners highlighted that hiring is critical to growth in the UK over the next five years, with 78% of HR managers saying recruitment was a significant part of achieving their leadership team’s growth objectives over the next 12 months.

We are thrilled to announce the further expansion of the team with the appointment of Kerryn Schilling as our Business Administrator. Kerryn has recently graduated with a BSc psychology degree from the University of Leicester.
When asked about her new role, Kerryn said, “during my time at university, I was the president of the Equestrian and Polo society, from which I acquired skills in many different areas. I look forward to enhancing my skills and gaining experience from my new role, which will have me working across the various company divisions.’
