Just launched: a brand-new site for Hesteyri Pain Solutions in Monmouth. 🧠

Chow runs a drug-free pain clinic that helps people get back to living without leaning on painkillers. His old site was dated and slow, so we rebuilt it from the ground up: faster, modern, and properly mobile-first, because that's where most people find a clinic like his.

The bit I'm quietly chuffed about: the rebuild also knocked over £200 a year off his hosting costs. A better site that's cheaper to run.

Five years ago today, this little fox red troublemaker came home. 🐾
Meet Rocket. You'll know her face if you've ever seen our logo, because she's the heart of Off and On. Officially she's Head of Morale. Unofficially she's in charge of chip theft, ignoring emails, and reminding me to step away from the screen and go for a walk.
She's a bit camera shy these days (you can tell she's grown into the job), but back then her biggest worry was whether the sheep was a friend or a snack.
Five years of being the best bad influence a one-man-band could ask for. Here's to many more, Rocket. 🥂

New website just launched — and this one's a bit personal. 🥩

We've just wrapped up the website for The Rose & Crown in Tintern, and I'll be upfront: this one's close to home. It's my mum's pub, so I might be slightly biased, but if you're looking for the best steak in the Wye Valley, this is genuinely the place.

Sitting right on the River Wye near Tintern Abbey, it's the kind of pub that feels like it's been there forever (because it has). Good food, proper atmosphere, and dogs are more than welcome, muddy boots, muddy paws, no one cares.
