What an incredible weekend ❤️
I delivered the first 3-Day Integration Practitioner Training at Redbrook Equestrian Centre in the beautiful Forest of Dean, surrounded by horses, nature and an amazing group of practitioners.
Over three days we explored fragmentation, healing, ancestral patterns, subconscious processes and emotional integration.
Old stories surfaced. Protective layers softened. Long-forgotten parts of self were found and welcomed home.
Alongside learning a powerful transformational modality, participants experienced profound personal shifts and gained tools they can now take into their work, families and communities.
This is how change happens.
One person.
One family.
One practitioner at a time.
My heart is full and I couldn’t be prouder of this incredible group ❤️

This weekend I delivered the first 3-Day Integration Practitioner Training at Redbrook Equestrian Centre (Hayley Howells Connected Riding, TTouch & TBT. in the beautiful Forest of Dean, surrounded by horses, nature and some truly amazing people.

Our group included coaches, therapists, yoga teachers, energy practitioners and wellbeing professionals, all coming together to learn the Integration Process and explore what happens when we move beyond information and into true integration.

Over three days we explored fragmentation, healing, ancestral patterns, subconscious processes, emotional reconciliation and deep self-discovery.

Old stories surfaced. Protective layers softened. Long-forgotten parts of self were found and welcomed home.

Alongside learning a powerful transformational modality, participants experienced profound personal shifts, gaining tools they can now take into their own work, families and communities.

This is how change happens.

My heart is full and I couldn't be prouder of this incredible group.

This is how I built WiggleBums Training Academy and my private Therapy Practice. We now have teachers and trainees all over the UK and Ireland, Spain, China, Hawaii, America, Chile, Canada...

Not from a fancy office or with endless free time and or with any money.

I built it in the cracks of motherhood. Between school runs, nap times, packed lunches, football practice and the beautiful chaos of raising three children.

Many emails and online courses, and teacher trainings and manuals were written one-handed with a child attached to me.

Many ideas were born in car parks waiting for clubs to finish.

Then later, alongside the business, I spent six years caring for my dad through dementia until his passing.

All on my own...

There was never a perfect time. Never enough time. Never enough money. Never enough support.

Just a decision to keep showing up.

I share this because so many of our trainees are juggling young families, work and life too.

If you’re waiting for the perfect moment to start your dream, this is your reminder that sometimes you build it alongside the chaos.
Small steps, taken consistently, can change everything.
