If you've been into the shop recently, you might have had to look twice.

Lawrence has said goodbye to the long hair and gone for a VERY different look. Apparently even his own family are still doing double takes to make sure it's actually him. 😂

We've seen a few posts suggesting Microsoft has simply extended Windows 10 support.

It hasn't.

Normal Windows 10 support ended in October 2025. There is an Extended Security Updates programme which can keep eligible machines receiving important security updates for longer but there are different rules depending on whether it's a personal or business machine.

So, if you've got Windows 10 computers still running in your business, don't assume you're automatically covered.

Give us a call and we'll have a look at what you're running and talk you through the sensible options.

💙 A little update from Dave

Hi everyone, just a quick update from me.

Things are going well and I'm pleased to say I've been given a few more freedoms!

As of Friday, I'm officially allowed to:

🏍️ Ride my motorbike again
🌱 Mow the lawn
🧹 Even operate a vacuum cleaner!

I'm also looking forward to getting out with Ali on Friday and from next week I'll be easing myself back into the office on a reduced schedule to start working on the business rather than in it.

It's been a long road but it's great to be taking another step towards getting back to normal.

A huge thank you once again to everyone who's sent kind messages, checked in on me and to Ali, Ben, Sue and Lawrence for keeping everything running so brilliantly while I've been recovering.
