About me - I studied at Newbury College from 2012-2014 - in that time I gained qualifications from BCS (British Computer Society) The Chartered Institute for IT:

In September 2014 I started work for Newbury College as an
IT Trainer within the IT Centre at NC. I supported adult students on a 1-2-1 basis through their BCS qualifications in IT. I was also responsible for setting/ marking practice exam papers and invigilating and marking examinations. In 2015 I studied for a teaching qualification and in 2016 gained The Level 3 Award in Education and Training. From here I went onto to become an IT Tutor working for Newbury College both at Newbury and Calcot Centres. I taught classes/courses with anything from 6 - 12 students at any one time from absolute beginners to advanced level. I am now setting up on my own working with you on a 1-2-1 basis either in your own home or mine. Each lesson or course is tailored to YOUR individual needs whatever they may be. My aim is to help you to achieve YOUR personal goals in a relaxed an informal environment. Whether you are completely baffled by today's technology and need to start at the beginning or there are specifics you would like to learn I can help. Here are just some of the things I can help you with:
Microsoft Office for Windows - Word, Excel (spreadsheets), PowerPoint at all levels. Windows 10 - learn how to find your way around this with ease and comfort. It can be quite daunting at first look but really isn't when you know how!! File management - Are you having trouble finding your documents? Learn how to create, save and store your documents/photos/emails in an orderly fashion so they are manageable to you. Email - learn how to send attachments/photos/documents within an email. Internet - Learn how to browse the internet with complete confidence, perhaps you would like to book that holiday or shop online until your heart's content?! Perhaps you would like to use online banking? CV writing - learn how to show yourself at your best, using key words to sell yourself and stand out from the rest.
