Charlotte from Civic Pride had her Office365 email account hacked so we changed her password and removed a rule that the hacker had created.
All working well now.

Annie from Rawtenstall had a new carpet fitted, meaning all the wires had to be disconnected from the wall. Went round today, plugged everything back in and made sure all the connectivity was working across the telly, Alexa, Firestick, phones and tablets.
All good, everyone happy.

Annie from Rawtenstall has been busy. She's changed broadband provider so needed a new router setting up.
She also had a new wi-fi printer that needed setting up and printing from 3 devices
And she had a Firestick that needed setting up including a BBC login.
And finally we needed to sort out email access.
Phew ! Busy busy ....
