Our new location - 2024!

JCS will be relocating to new premises at Ironstone House, Ironstone Way, Brixworth, Northamptonshire NN6 9UD from Tuesday 02.01.2024. This is an important step for our business after 30 years at our present address. This new space will be a great home for delivering training and supporting our clients and future clients in all areas of business we offer. Operationally everything will remain the same.

As we will be settling in our new premises throughout January training & development booked for delivery at JCS training will be delivered at an associate facility at Moulton Park, full details will be sent to clients who have bookings during this period. Any training dates for delivery at JCS training will be held at Ironstone House from the beginning of February 2024 once our new facility is fully operational. Our telephone number and email services will all remain the same and you will not see any difference in how we operate.

We are really excited about this move and look forward to welcoming you and your colleague/s to the new home of JCS.

In February this year we celebrated 35 years of JCS and JCS training is very proud to be part of that group.

JCS TRAINING MODULAR MANAGER 3 DAY PROGRAMME
We have a couple of places available on our popular 3-day Modular Manager Programme.

Day 1: 30.08.2022, Day 2: 15.09.2022 & Day 3: 18.10.2022 – in class delivery at our head office NN3 6QB

The 3 days run over a 3-month period this gives the candidates opportunity to implement the learning back in the workplace and bring back with them any questions they may have to the next session. The open group is kept quite small as this has many advantages to include more time for interaction with the group, individually and with our trainer.

Each of the one-day workshops combines practical activities, short knowledge sessions and skills development exercises.
At the end of each workshop a practical post-activity is introduced to be implemented back in the workplace before attending the next module. This leads to greater retention of the material and embedding of the learning.

This course was developed for New Managers, Supervisors and existing Managers & Supervisors who have received no formal training. We also deliver this as company specific high-level Management training, virtual live, in class or hybrid.

This leads to greater retention of the material and embedding of the learning.
