We frequently have different companies come and play our games, sometimes as playtesters and others just for a bit of fun! Over the years, we’ve built games of all different lengths – but we’ve found that around 15 minutes is the sweet spot when it comes to a good free-roam VR experience. It gives enough time to include a lot of detail in the gameplay while keeping the whole experience interesting and entertaining, without getting too tiring. This cap allows our team to focus on a great player journey and have a bit of fun during development too!

Dev Diaries: Entry 25

With the release of the Ghoulies right around the corner we’re going back to the concepting stage to show off our antagonist, Old Man Marley and his wife Margerie. Together, they haunt the creepy old house and ward off the intruders who find themselves walking its halls. How romantic!
