Last week we talked with foundation degree and FE students at Confetti Institute of Creative Technologies (part of Nottingham Trent University). We kicked-off with an intro to Framework Design Agency and how Stephan Hayward and Christian Buttress got started in the industry.

We followed up with a few branding and website case studies, a deeper dive into agency process – finishing up with a Q&A session.

We had some great questions from the students:
– What agency mistakes have you made over the years, and how have you resolved them?
– What are employers looking for from graphic design graduates?
– Do you do any placements?

Just wanted to say thanks to Peter Abrahart for organising, hosting and making us feel so welcome.

We’re looking forward to seeing the next generation of talent come through.
