We keep asking how to make social media safer for young people.

But maybe we’re asking the wrong question.

These platforms were never designed for children and teens in the first place. We’ve moved far beyond simply telling young people what not to touch, what not to watch, or how to behave online.

Young people deserve digital spaces designed around their stage of life, their wellbeing, their safety and the way they actually connect.

That’s why I built Tribela.

I believe the future of youth online isn’t about making adult social media slightly safer.

It’s about building something different.

Tribela is now free to join.

We have decided to remove the membership fee from Tribela.

To everyone who chose to support us through a paid membership, thank you. Your belief in what we are building has helped bring Tribela to this point, and we are so grateful to have you as part of this community.

As we grow, we want Tribela to be inclusive and accessible to everyone. After a lot of thought, we have made the difficult decision to remove the membership fee so more people can join, connect, create and belong.

This is about giving the community the space to flourish and grow. We cannot wait to see what comes next.
