According to the council there are currently no works planned in this street at present, not according to the workmen who have dumped this right outside the shop, oh and the road is closed again ! And allegedly they sent out letters to all businesses to let them know before hand, which guess what? Never happened ! ☹️

The shop is open for business as usual despite the barricades on each side of the road preventing parking near me ☹️ Same for all businesses that rely on drop off by customers but nothing we can do until the road has been resurfaced - it would not be so bad if they were actually working on it, however they are not until the weekend !

NEWS to eclipse the rest today 🤣: 14 years ago today we opened at our current address of 10 Wellmeadow Street, here in my home town of Paisley. Thanks to all my regular customers over those years and those still needing my services in the future. Without customers the shop is just a building, so thank you all once again.

I will be closed this coming Monday for the Paisley fair holiday :-) Open again on Tuesday at 10 am. Lets hope for a nice sunny day

Blast from the past this morning, customer in trying to get data back from good old floppy disks from 25 years ago 😲 He was surprised when I said, no problem and copied them from his disk to a usb pen drive 🙂 Glad to be of help.

Growing up I was never what you would call an avid football fan, but I did enjoy watching Scotland at the World Cup. My earliest memory was of "Ally's Tartan Army" in 1978.
My son however IS an avid football fan thanks to my brother taking him to games when he was growing up. It is hard to believe that he will be turning 30 next year and has never experienced seeing his home country playing in a World Cup.
So like thousands of other fathers and sons across the country this coming Saturday night into Sunday, we as a family will be staying up to the 'wee small hours' to finally get to see our team back on the world football stage.

Because of this Core 2 Computing will be closed next Monday (15th) for the Bank Holiday.

There are currently parking restrictions directly outside my shop this week due to filming of the new James McAvoy drama from Sky TV called Meantime. However if you are just dropping off I have been told it should not be a problem. There is a security guard in orange hi viz jacket enforcing the parking and just say to him what you are doing. Thanks
