Smart Stock Integration To Dynamics Is Due Out Autumn

Our in-house development team are currently working on a brand-new integration of Smart Stock into Microsoft Dynamics 365. This integration will expand existing Dynamics stock control functionality to allow for faster and more effective stock management.

Smart Stock allows you to do barcode scanning on a tablet in the warehouse and the stock room for functions such as receiving goods into stock, doing stock takes and picking sales orders.

We have some very exciting roadmap news to share with you. We are pleased to announce the launch of our integration partnership with http://ow.ly/vW3l50KaBpa. Those attractions that utilise the http://ow.ly/HS4750KaBpn app alongside VisiSoft are now able to integrate the two solutions, allowing guests to import their VisiSoft tickets and membership passes directly to an in-app wallet.

A Familiar Face Has Moved To Our Projects Team

In some team news, I'm happy to let you know that Jeremy Tucker who works in our support team has made the move across the business to join our projects team. As our team is expanding, Jeremy will now join our growing projects team helping to install and implement projects across the UK.

Jeremy has been with KCPOS for 2 years and in that time he has supported a whole array of our KCPOS customers on the support helpdesk, so you may be familiar with him.

Windows 11 Testing Underway for KC Products

Following the release of Windows 11 earlier this year, I can confirm that testing is now underway for the suite of KC applications, including KCPOS.

Once we have confirmed each application is compatible with Windows 11, we will communicate this with you. Until that time, we’d recommend waiting to upgrade any devices using KC software to minimise the risk of disruption.

If you're looking for a wireless chip and pin option but don’t have a great Wi-Fi signal, we now officially support the Verifone V240m Bluetooth terminal with KCPOS. It works with an Ethernet connecting to the base, and then Bluetooth from the base to the terminal.
