As a long time PC builder and enthusiast it's always great to see new hardware arrive! Unfortunately I have to tell everyone DO NOT BUY the latest generation of Graphics cards! This 5070ti is supposed to have launched today at a £749 price point, which is actually still a disgusting price considering just 4 years ago the next class up of cards was launched at £599 this is essentially double the price it should be and offers no real advantage if you already had a card from the last 2 generations. Just 6 years ago I was selling very well specd mid range gaming PCs for the price of this 1 mid range graphics card!

If you want to speed up your older system at the moment I'd suggest looking at used 30 series graphics cards - there are also other ways to squeeze out some more performance that we can help out with while the graphics card market is insane!

This relatively new Lenovo all in one computer was running a little slow, when we checked it out we noticed this 2022 windows 11 system was built with only 4GB of memory - this amount of RAM wasn't even good for windows 7! So we've opened it up and installed an extra 8GB and now you can see why it was running slow! Just running windows is taking up around 6-7GB of the available memory, 4GB never stood a chance! If you are buying new don't get anything with less than 8GB of memory, we are shocked that manufacturers are selling system like this! And don't forget who to call if your system is running slow 😁
