It can sometimes take hours for large data scans or transfers to complete (such as virus scans, transferring your operating system or data to another hard drive or SSD).

Rather than pay us to watch a progress bar in your home, leave it with me and I'll let it run as long as it takes, only charging you for the time I spend working on your computer.

If you can’t drop off your computer to us, we can arrange to collect it and return it to you once completed.
