🌟 The Pitch 2025 🌟
We held our annual event ‘The Pitch’ at TikTok HQ last week – and what a fantastic showcase of creativity, confidence and commercial flair it was.Sponsored by our friends at Goodstuff the event saw 23 teams of talented students from across the UK take the stage to present their pitches for JD Sports’ Hoodrich product. Every team brought passion, insight and originality – we genuinely couldn’t be more impressed!A huge thank you to our brilliant judging panel:

This Vegan Day, we thought we would highlight our resident vegan in the office, Marina! Her love for sustainability and animals really drives her forward. For years, she ran Green Forward Networking, where she focused on promoting eco-friendly practices in the business world.
Marina has also been a huge support for fellow professionals looking to start their own sustainable and plant-based businesses. She believes that making ethical choices can lead to positive changes for both people and the planet.
Through her work, she shows how adopting a vegan lifestyle isn’t just about personal health—it’s also about reducing our environmental impact. Her dedication to sustainability and veganism really highlights how personal passions can spark meaningful change in the business world.

Making a career out of your passions may not always be feasible, but you can still utilise the skills you’ve built in other vocations!

Take Jason for example. Serial killing is a tad bit frowned upon, but why not use those skills in something like butchery! Now he’s found a way of earning a ‘living’ wage. Not to mention the local residents have less of a chance at being acquainted with his machete. Win win!
