🌟 We're delighted to share that TRIO's founders, Jordan Airzee and Olly O'Reilly, have been named finalists in The Allica Bank Great British Entrepreneur Awards 2026, shortlisted for Technology Entrepreneur of the Year (South West). 🌟

Being recognised for a second consecutive year is something we're incredibly proud of.

When we launched TRIO in 2022, our goal was simple: to build the kind of technology company we wished existed when we worked in the TV and Film industry ourselves. One that genuinely understood creative people, production workflows, and the challenges faced by broadcasters, production companies, and creative businesses.

Since then, we've grown from an idea sketched out on napkins in a small Austrian Beisl into an award-winning creative technology business supporting clients across the UK and internationally.

Over the past year, we've continued to grow our managed services footprint, welcomed our first employee, supported ITV & ITV Studios during the relocation of their Daytime productions in London, and secured significant new client partnerships.

While this award recognises us as founders, it reflects the hard work, trust, and support of our clients, partners, team, friends, and family. Achievements like this are never achieved alone.

We're incredibly proud to be representing the South West and the creative technology sector on a national stage once again, and we're looking forward to celebrating alongside the other finalists later this year.

Really proud to finally be able to share some behind-the-scenes work completed by TRIO supporting ITV & ITV Studios during the relocation of their Daytime productions into the new Multi Story Studios facility in Covent Garden, alongside the delivery of a new production office environment at 1 New Oxford Street.

We’re proud to now be able to share some recent work completed by TRIO supporting ITV and ITV Studios on the relocation of their Daytime shows — Lorraine, This Morning & Loose Women — from Television Centre in White City to a brand-new studio in Covent Garden, alongside the launch of a new 120-person production office at 1 New Oxford Street.

With the first live broadcast scheduled for 5th January, the timeline was fixed, and the pressure across the wider project team was significant.

Originally engaged to support testing and validation activities, our role evolved as the project progressed. From November 2025 through to January 2026, TRIO worked as an extension of ITV’s Group Technology and TechZone teams, supporting the delivery, implementation, troubleshooting, and stabilisation of technology services across both locations.

Across approximately 140 desks and multiple meeting spaces, we supported a wide range of technologies and services, including:

• Corporate network & WiFi
• IPTV systems
• IP telephony
• Printing infrastructure
• Meeting room AV solutions
• User acceptance testing
• Floorwalking & end-user support
• Coordination with technology partners and wider project workstreams

As the broadcast deadline approached, the focus shifted from validation to delivery. Working closely alongside ITV’s Production Technology & Support teams, collaboration across all teams became critical to ensuring the studio and office environments were fully operational and production-ready in time for launch.

Together, the project team successfully delivered the first live broadcast from the new studio on 5th January, marking a major milestone for everyone involved.

🚀 A (Slightly Overdue) Welcome to the Team

We are really pleased to officially introduce Sean Kirby, who joins TRIO as our Technology Services Manager.

Sean joined us back in October and has already become a key part of how we support our clients day to day. From hands-on technical delivery through to helping shape how we scale our services, he has slotted straight into the way we work and the standards we set for ourselves.

Sean joins us from Twofour and brings over 8 years of experience working across the IT and technology sector, with strong roots in supporting production and creative environments. His technical knowledge, calm problem-solving mindset, and genuine focus on helping clients get the best from their technology make him a perfect fit for TRIO.

As we continue to grow across technology, production and post-production support, strengthening our technical leadership and client delivery is hugely important. Sean brings exactly that.

This is an exciting step for us as we continue to build the team and invest in the future of TRIO.
