Back in late 2016, I helped develop the largest implementation yet in Europe of Microsoft Field Service. The Field Service module was quite immature at the time so its great to see that Gartner has recognised Microsoft Field Service as a market leader today, it has certainly come a long way from the Field One Sky days... For me this is a game changer for Microsoft Dynamics - Integration with Microsoft Teams for all business users without the need to purchase additional Full or Team Member Dynamics licenses.
