Happy Birthday to the woman who keeps the entire show running—Helen! 🎈

Saturdays are usually Helen’s day in the business, but I think we can all agree she’s earned today off! Between working 6-day weeks, keeping Picson thriving, and managing family life with 3 kids and a husband who works right here with us, she never stops.

She is genuinely the brains and the heart of this entire operation. Helen works tirelessly in the background, going above and beyond for every customer and taking incredible care of her team every single day. You couldn’t ask for a better boss or leader.
