Beware of Microsoft Support Scams. We had a client this week that received a call from someone pretending to be from Microsoft Support and unwillingly allowed them access to their PC.

After retrieving the PC and performing a thorough check, we removed the offending software, cleaned it up and handed back to a very relieved customer, with a brand new internal SSD (at their request) to go with it.

Please get in touch if you have any issues or requests regarding your hardware or software to see how we can assist and remember to always double and triple check if someone is trying to gain access to your PC without you first requesting this yourself.
