We continue to go from strength to strength and are looking for a dynamic professional to continue to grow our telecoms business. As we approach the deadline for the UK Wide Shutdown of PSTN and ISDN systems, we’re looking for a talented and dynamic Telecoms Business Development Executive to lead on our existing product range and work with us to develop new and emerging telecoms solutions.
As this is an area of the business we are choosing to grow, this role will require a dedicated, highly experienced, sales professional who is able to setup a completely new sales process. Through prospecting, account management and cross-selling, you’ll be expected to generate new business, develop existing business opportunities, and support business development. Our telecoms product range covers a wide range of services including fixed line, mobile, broadband, leased line, Voice over IP solutions.
The ideal candidate will have:
• Proven success in telecom sales and business development, including self-generating new leads and prospects.
• A good understanding of the UK Telecoms Market.
• Proven track record with building sales processes and sales pipelines from the beginning.
• Proven track record with setting up and managing CRM systems.
• Technical and solution selling skills.
• Prospecting and Cross-selling Skills.
• Empathy and an ability to understand client needs and design appropriate solutions.
• Customer oriented approach and an ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Driven and passionate to meet sales targets.
• UK Driving Licence
In return, we’re offering £30-£35k as a basic salary, with uncapped commission and On Target Earnings of £70,000 per annum. We’d expect you to be based South of the M4 Corridor in England. Our expectation is you’ll work a minimum of 35 hours per week Monday-Friday, but will be flexible in working schedules and hours to meet targets.
