Two minutes here. Back to class, focused. 🎯

This isn't playtime. It's regulation.

The Energy Wall gives pupils a purposeful way to release energy before it becomes a distraction, not as a reward, not as a break from learning, but as part of it.

A quick reset can be the difference between a dysregulated afternoon and a focused one.

New term. Same "difficult" behaviour summer was meant to fix.

It's not regression, it's regulation, catching up.

Six weeks of different rhythms, then suddenly: bell times, transitions, sitting still, all at once. That's a lot for a nervous system to process.

The pupils who settle fastest aren't told to sit still and focus. They're given a way to reset first.

A check-in on the Mood Tracker. A reset at the Energy Wall. Small, built-in, proactive.

Settling in isn't about pupils adjusting to school, it's about school having the infrastructure to help them adjust.

What are you noticing in your classrooms this week? πŸ‘‡

This isn't playtime. It's part of the school day.

The Activity Pod gives pupils structured, purposeful movement, a way to reset energy and focus without overstimulation, right in the middle of a normal school routine.

Two minutes of movement. Then back to the lesson, more settled and ready to learn. That's not a break from learning, it's what makes the learning stick.

Simple, structured, and built for real classrooms, not an add-on, just part of how the day runs.

New school. New teachers. New rules. For an 11-year-old, that's not just exciting, it's a lot to regulate all at once.

In the first few weeks of Year 7, what looks like "settling in issues" is often just a nervous system adjusting to unfamiliar routines. It's not a behaviour problem. It's a transition.

The schools who see the calmest starts to Year 7 aren't tightening the rules in September, they're building in consistent, proactive resets from day one. A movement break between lessons. A quick check-in at form time. Small, predictable supports while everything else feels new.

Because regulation isn't something pupils need to have "sorted" before they arrive. It's something we build in around them, every day, especially at the start.

Before the lesson starts... they check in with themselves. 🧠

Not a worksheet. Not a chat with a teacher mid-lesson when they're already struggling. Just a quiet moment to name how they're feeling, before the day asks anything more of them.

That's what the Mood Tracker gives pupils: a simple, everyday way to notice and communicate their emotional state, before it shows up as behaviour instead.

For teachers, it's a quick read on the room before the lesson even begins, who might need a little more support today, who's ready to dive in. No guesswork. No waiting for a wobble to find out.

Small check-in. Big difference to how the lesson unfolds.

This is what regulation looks like. πŸ’›

Not a treat. Just a purposeful pause built into the school day, helping this pupil reset, refocus, and get back to learning.

Small moments like this add up to calmer classrooms, all day long. 🎨

Not playtime. Purposeful. 🀝

Two tools, one goal: helping pupils regulate, refocus, and return to learning ready to engage.

The Energy Wall for quick resets between lessons. The Activity Pod for structured movement that doesn't overstimulate.

Simple. Built for real classrooms. Making a real difference, one small reset at a time.

A fidgety child isn't being difficult. They're telling you something.

Most of what we call "behaviour" is just the 10% we can see. The other 90%, the anxiety, the sensory overwhelm, the need to move, stays below the surface.

The schools seeing real, lasting change aren't cracking down harder on what they see. They're building in support for what they don't.

Reset. Refocus. Ready to learn. 🎨

Three words, three moments, and they happen more often than you'd think across a school day.

A quick trip to the Energy Wall. A few minutes of purposeful movement. Then straight back into the lesson, focused and ready.

It's not a distraction from learning. It's not a reward for finishing work. It's a built-in part of how pupils regulate, so they can show up ready, not just told to sit still and concentrate.

The schools seeing the biggest shifts in behaviour and focus aren't the ones cracking down harder. They're the ones building in more moments like this. 🀝
