Work experience at Installation Technology
A huge thank you to everyone who’s contributed to our Work Experience (WEX) programme this year and over the past 3.5 years.
This summer was another huge success, with a mix of internal and external placements. To date, over 50% of our employees have been involved in WEX in some capacity, whether directly mentoring students or supporting behind the scenes. Your efforts make a real difference, and we can’t thank you enough.
Our WEX placements typically last a week, with Students joining us through school programmes, job fairs, or personal connections. Most are aged 14 and upwards, and they come to us eager to explore careers in ICT, gain hands-on experience, and build confidence in a professional setting.
Feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, and many have expressed a strong interest in continuing in the industry.
