1: (Backup all important DATA) Clear all junk remove all unnecessary applications Clean Temp Folders and Cache.

2: Optimize the drive, PC Defragment it / Apple Mac use Disk Utility to repair the partition

3: Make sure there are no unnecessary Plugins or Tool bars running in the background

4: Check for infections Both on PC and MAC
