Here are some of the problems I have recently helped people with:

- restoring a disabled Ipad
- removing and replacing/updating a Linux operating system on a laptop
- helping a tablet customer with password issues and showing how to use the new device
- installing new printer, cleaning up a laptop and helping with some download issues.
