This National Apprenticeship Week, we’re proud to spotlight some of the talent within our business and the power of learning.
One of our Infrastructure Engineers, Joe Cox in Parseq’s IT team, is working towards a Level 4 Network Engineer qualification. With Parseq’s support, he is turning years of hands-on "fix-it" experience into a professional technical accreditation.
Joe's role is central to our operations, managing the digital infrastructure that keeps Parseq moving. Building on ‘on-the-job’ learning and support from experienced colleagues, his apprenticeship is helping him:
➡️ Master advanced networking concepts via dedicated workshops and portfolio building.
➡️ Bridge technical gaps with structured, foundational training.
➡️ Evidence his expertise by meeting rigorous standards for knowledge, skills and behaviours.
With his 18-month course finishing later this year, Joe plans to build on his growing understanding of networking with specialist cyber security skills.
